Erika joined the Spiros Law, P.C. team in September, 2022 as our Intake Specialist. In this position, she is primarily responsible for answering incoming calls to the office and being the first point of contact to our clients and other callers with legal questions. She is the first to build rapport with potential clients, she helps to collect relevant information, connects and introduces potential clients with the appropriate Attorney for their situation and then follows up and opens client files in our case management system. Before bringing her skills to Spiros Law, P.C., Erika worked for seven years at the Vermilion County 911 Center as a Telecommunicator/Administrative Assistant helping the community when in need. In her spare time she likes to take care of her two dogs Lady and Nala, cheer on the St. Louis Cardinals and Denver Broncos, and spend time with her family and friends.
