Last Updated: 24 October, 2012

A car driven by an underage driver hit a house in Aurora and left one teenage boy dead at the scene early Tuesday morning.

Three boys were driving around in a 2012 Chevy Malibu that belonged to the father of one of the boys on October 23rd. At around 1:40 a.m., the car was on Indian Trail Road when the 15-year-old driver took a curve too fast. The car hit the curb and a berm before flipping. The car landed in the corner of a house in the 2700 block of Hamman Way.

A passenger in the back seat, 15-year-old Devin Meadows, was not wearing a seat belt. He was thrown from the car and landed on his back on the road. Devin was pronounced dead at the scene. The other two boys suffered minor injuries. No one in the house was injured.
